Hi,
Welcome to HCM

Just by the description of the symptoms presented by you, nobody can label you as a HIV positive individual. All the symptoms explained by you can occur to anybody who had severe throat infection.
Only after hearing about your sexual activity and investigation results, we can tell whether it could be due to HIV or not?
If you can provide more information we can discuss further.
Get well soon.
