Sore Throat, Scratchy, Phlegm. Singer. Easy Way To Get Cure?
I'm really concerned I have vocal nodules. I have had a sore throat since august where I went to the festival and did 3 singing shows a day for a month. I talk all day in my day job and gig most nights so no rest since. My throat starts to feel scratchy while talking and recently breaks while singing. It feels tight, dry and like maybe there's some skin shedding from my throat. A little phlegm seemed to come from singing last night! Any suggestions?
Hello Vocal nodules will cause change of voice and occurs due to singing in wrong freq.and pitch. For recurrent sore throat and phlegm there could be nasal infections or allergies. You can take mucolytics like ambroxol, antacid like pantoprazole with domperidom, normal saline nasal sprays. in doubt do reply
