How To Treat Sore Throat?

Am 37 years old female, i usually get sore throat every time i have allergy attack and find my throat being constantly irritated. i react to antihistamines usually i get headaches, drowsiness which is even more uncomfortable. which is a good natural cure for my throat discomfort.

I have gone through your query regarding persistant and recurring sore throat, as you said you are allergic also but unfortunately anti histaminic are not compatable to you.

After co-relating all symptoms it is evident that there might be some chronic focus in your upper respiratory tract like sinusitis, tonsillitis etc. So for deciding effective treatment a thorough examination of your nose, sinuses and throat is necessary along with some relevent investigations which will be possible only your direct consultation with your ENT doctor.
