Sore Throat, Slight Drainage, Shoulder Muscles, Legs Ache, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Gurgling. Possible Reason?
Started with a slight sore throat 5 days ago, slight drainage, yesterday my shoulder muscles and legs ached. This morning started with slight diarrhea , stomach gurgling and pains. Around 3o clock diarrhea started very frequently and stomach started hurting really bad. Threw up once and diarrhea not as often, but stomach hurts

You may be suffering from stomach and throat infection that may be due to viral infection. Take antibiotics after consulting with doctor. take plenty of fluids and ORS.
