Sore Throat, Swollen Throat With Reddish Lines, Ear Pain. Cedax Prescribed For Sinus Infection. Difficult To Swallow

Hi i have a sore throat with red lines and very swollen, earache on both sides and a sever headache. I saw a doctor on tuesday and was told it was just sinuses and prescribed cedax but i feel worse. Should i go back to the doctor and what may cause the red lines on my throat. It is very hard to swallow and my earache is pretty intense.

Throat pain ( acute) is usually associated with infection in upper respiratory tract.
Cause may be streptococcus or any other bacteria or may be viral infection.
So once again consult your treating doctor and get in blood examination for culture so exact nature of pathogens could be find out.
Difficulties in swallowing and pain in throat is due to infection.
Till any report gargles with antiseptic solution or saline.
Chewing of GINGER will give you immediate relief.
