Soreness In Back Of Mouth, Difficulty Swallowing, Sore Lymph Nodes In Neck, Ear Pressure. Common Cold?

College student; took my vyvanse and have been doing so regularly but it has been weird. Extremely sore throat in the back of mouth angled toward the top kind of; difficulty swallowing , and sore neck and and throat lymph nodes. Not to mention ear-pressure. Any idea if this is just common cold jumbled with a mess of crap being stuck in the back of my throat for a while from the vyvanse?

Hello,

Discontinue use of the drug if causing difficulties.

Get a thorough evaluation of infected area.

The above mentioned symptoms can occur due to pericoronitis of impacted wisdom tooth.

Depending on the position as well as space available for tooth eruption,it has to be either extracted or flap overlying tooth has to be removed.

Gargle frequently with lukewarm saline.

Usually, diclofenac tab as well as ciprofloxacin has to be administered in such cases.

Hope this helps.
