Soreness In The Calf Muscle. Tried Incing And Ibuprofen. Reason?
I have a lot of soreness in both of my legs on the insides of my calves. It is half way up my calf where the there is the larger muscle. The bone doesn't hurt much when I touch my leg, but where it feels like the bone and muscle connect is very painful to even a slight touch. This makes impacting the ground during running very painful. I have been icing and taking ibuprofen, but haven't had much change. My shoes are relatively new and I'm an experienced runner.
