Sorry, somewhat technical. I am a type 2 diabetic. I take oral meds; Metformin & Glibizide. I am also taking 48 units of Lantis at bedtime & Humalog before meals when needed (using a dosing chart). My doctor has recommended chaanging to Novolog MIX 70/30 and has given me a sample pen. Do you have a recommended dose / regimen? (Forgot to mention I do fasting blood test every morning.) OK? How do I send this?
