Spasm And Pain In Left Breast, No Heavy Lifting, No Sports, No Muscle Pull

I have a spasm like pain above my left breast near my armpit. It stated about 1 hour ago and keeps mellow and then tightening up. I have not done any heavy lifting or strenuous sports so i cant have pulled anything. Can this be an embolism or something, im really worried?

I don't know about your age and any medical problem you have? please get one ECG done & show it to A & E staff to make sure it is not a serious codition. Take care
