Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
Your
semen analysis report shows Prolonged liquefaction time.
If an abnormally long liquefaction time is present, which may indicate an infection.
Normal Liquefaction time is 20 to 30 minutes. Normal semen is in gel form but when kept for half an hour in a container it becomes liquid.
Nothing to worry about this as all others parameters are normal.
So, right now, you have to be concerned regarding the infection in urogenital tract. In this condition a broad spectrum antibiotic like
ciprofloxacin should be taken.
Complete the antibiotic course and then repeat the semen analysis again.
For the prescription you should consult with your treating doctor.
Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
