Dear Patient,

Thank you for posting your question to this forum.
The viscosity of your semen sample is normal, Self-liquification time is normal, pH is Alkaline, (which is normal). Motility of you sperm cells is good. All other values including pus cells are within normal range (some pus cells are normal in sperm)

However, your sperm count 19.2 Million/cc is below the value traditionally accepted as normal i.e. 20 million/cc.

If I were your doctor, I would recommend another seminal analysis to confirm whether the low sperm count was accidental or not. If your sperm count was consistently low, I would look for its causes such as infection, excess of alcohol and smoking, strenous riding such as long journeys on bicycle, obstruction of the ejaculatory pathway etc. Then I would treat the cause.

Wishing you Best of Luck.
Dr. Saleem
