Sperm In Urine. Can You Explain Urine Analysis Report?

doctor i have infection problem Today i went to the Laboratoy for Urine Test and the Report is Physiacl Examination Quantity of urnie is About 20ml.Colour Pale Yellow..pH aCID...Specufic gravity QNS............Chemical Examinationa.Albumin Trace..Sugar Nil.........Microscopy.. RBCs 12-14 /HPF..Puss cells 6-8/HPF...Epithelial Cells Nil/HPF..Casts Nil Others NIL.....AND I have also the problm from last 8 days vhn i go for vash room after urnie i saw some vhte drops like seamen and also facing the problm of acidity kindly hepl me and gve me ans i shall b very thankfull to for this help of kindness to me.

The white semen-like discharge you have been experiencing could be associated to infections. This is not semen, and if it were, it would be detected. The most probable cause would be:
-Urinary tract infections (UTI)
-Sexually transmitted infections

I would first of all like to ask if you have been experiencing any other symptoms? And whether you are sexually active?

I request you to re-visit your doctor and get a urine culture investigation conducted for your urine. Once an infection and infection-causing organism is found, you will be accordingly treated with the most appropriate medication reported by the urine culture examination.

If a UTI has been ruled out, undergoing a screening for all sexually transmitted infections would be a wise next step.
