Sperm Report Showing Sperm Count, Active Motility, Dead Motility Values. Analysis?

Hi Doctor, My semen report. Would like to know whether it is normal or not. Sperm count is 50 million/ml, active motility 10-20%, sluggish motility 10-20%, dead motility 70-80%. Morphology report: About 25% abnormal forms made of pin head, immature, swollen neck and giant headed forms seen. I need to understand this result. Kindly answer.

First of all, the sperm count is normal (>20 million/ml). But the active motile sperm is lower than normal value (
So, overall, the motility of the sperms is low which may cause serious problem.
My suggestion is to repeat the test after 3 day abstinence from sex and then give the fresh sample.
