Spider Bite, Turned Cellulitis, Sensation Of Tingling, Prescribed Intravenous Antibiotics, Any Suggestions?
I have a spider bite that turned into cellulitis. I went to hospital late Monday night and was given antibiotics intravenous and given two different types of antibiotics to take at home. Tuesday morning the redness spread a little more and although I'm taking the medication I feel a new sensation of tingling happening? Is that the antibiotics working or is the medication not working?
Hi, Due to spider bitecellulitis occurred due to infection. As antibiotics started, it take some time to work and cellulitis takes time to come down. Within 2 days you will get sign of improvement. Take antihistamine like Cetrizine along with antibiotics. Ok and take care.
