Spinal Injury Along With Foot Drop And Overactive Bladder After Accident. Any Problem In Doing Sex?

Sir, I met with an accident 3 years back and its an spinal injury.compression cum burst facture of D12.
now still i am suffering with Footdrop in both lower limbs and overactive bladder.i want to be frank is it safe and ok to marry a girl now.and will i be able to have sex.please reply...i am in great mental stress now.
