Spitting Saliva With Blood Since Pregnancy. Feel Dry And Stuffy In Throat And Nose. Worry?

I am 32 years old and 14 weeks pregnant. Since I got pregnant, every morning I am I usually have a very dry and stuffy nose because of the aircon. When I woke up this morning I felt very heavy chest , hard to breathe, and I also very dry and sore throat . But I wonder why started I got up until like 4 hrs later I ve been spitting saliva with blood. Please tell me if what is wrong with me. Thank you.

Thanks for query,
The first possibility is you have infection of your gums.
the other possibility of infection of bronchus or lungs can be ruled out by chest x-ray.
The third or remote possibility is bleeding disorder.as you are pregnant this needs attention.
