Splenectomy Done Due To ITP. Feeling Over Exhausted, Cramping, Discomfort. Symptoms Related To Surgery?

I had a splenectomy on April 1st due to ITP and it was slightly enlarged, twice the normal size. I healed nicely, no complications but now, Since my surgery I've been overly exhausted and now I'm starting to have similar "cramping/pinching" feeling in my LUQ where my spleen was, the same feeling/discomfort I had before surgery when it was enlarged. Could this be related to the surgery or possibly something els?

You get an ULTRA-SOUND SCAN OF ABDOMEN to find any possibility of a clot or any complication. You take preventive vaccines for Splenectomy, which is very important.Consult your own Surgeon for follow-up.
