Spontaneous Knots In Stomach That Come And Go Causing Soreness And Bloating

I have spontaneous knots in my stomach that come and go in different spots. Like a muscle spasm, they hurt like heck and then go away. Stomach is sore and have had some hard time passing stools. I am also a bit bloated. I was diagnosed with IBS, but never had the spasms that knot up before. They start sometimes if I go to streatch, like lift my arms high in the air and streatch my body. What could this be

I really appreciate your concern, you have not specifically mentioned where exactly the symptoms is happening because according the abdomen quadrant we could say something, if it is the whole abdomen affected then it could be intestinal colic some time it may be due to stone condition either renal or gallbladder and it requires investigations like ultrasonography and plain x-ray abdomen some time it may be due to functional condition hope this information helps.
