Spotting Between Periods With Severe Pain In Stomach. History Of Being Off Contraceptive Implant And Having Unprotected Sex

I have been off the contraceptive implant for about six months now and have had no other kind of contraception since. I have been having unprotected sex but have recently taken an sti check which has come back negative and have only been with that same partner since. Since being off the implant my periods have been regular give or take a few days, but for the past few days I have been spotting, although I m not due for another two weeks. I ve also had horrible pains in my stomach, so bad I ve been bent over In pain, that s been for the past 10 days, I ve never had it before. It s inline with my belly button to left (your right) of my stomach. What could this be? I wondered if I could be pregnant but have had no other symptoms I don t think. Thanks for your time

As you mentioned you are not due for another two weeks so pregnancy is highly unlikely as ovulation normally takes place 14-15 days prior to menstrual cycle and after that a weeks for the fused egg sperm to travel to the uterine cavity via the fallopian tubes to implant. As for your symptoms the spotting it could be due to a little trauma caused to your genitals during intercourse. also Get a PAP smear and ultrasound done to rule out other pathologies.
