Spotting, Blood Stained Flesh Like Pieces Coming Out, Itching And Red Labia. Taking Diane Pills. Remedy?

Second month of taking Diane 35. Didn't take inactive pills in first pack as I didn't want to get a period so I went straight to the active pills in new pack. Now I have spotting and little pieces of white slightly blood stained flesh like pieces coming out. I also have itching and my labia inside is very red. Used canestan 1VC last night but syptoms seem worse tonight.

Hi Dear,
Diane 35 is a low dose very effective contraceptive pill used even in other gynecological conditions. Your taking of this pill without any gap should not cause any problem but, may be you took some pill irregularly and not on fixed time which has resulted in slight bleeding in between known as breakthrough bleeding.This will settle ones you finish this months pack and get your periods. The other problem with which you are dealing is of vaginal infection which is the cause of your itching, redness and white pieces (actually thick discharge). Canes tan is only one part of the treatment. It has to be treated thoroughly for which you have to get a full clinical examination and treated accordingly
