I have been taking lo loestrin Fe for two years with regular periods each month and no spotting in between. I very seldom miss pills( forgetting atleast two every other month) but most often forget to take it at the same time each day. Just recently, for the first time, I have on and off spotted light brown discharge. It started on Saturday the third week of my pill pack and has lasted for four days until today, Wednesday. I am expecting my period any day now between tomorrow and Saturday. What if I skip my period? Could I possibly be pregnant or is the spotting due to the birth control?
