Stabbing Pain In Abdomen, Fatigue, Blurry Vision. Colonoscopy Normal. Blood Test Shows Positive ANA. What Is It?

First of all, I'm normally a very healthy person. However, For the past year, I have had a bad stabbing pain on the left side of my abdomen, really low. I've had about a year of constipation, night sweats, fatigue, bloated tummy and blurry vision. I have been for a colonoscopy, and have had blood tests. I have a positive ANA but everything else was normal. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I am in the process of seeing if it is a gluten allergy, but I really feel like its something more than this. What are your thoughts? I appreciate any advice you might have.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
ANA positive ,colonoscopy normal but in spite of this there is pain.
In this type of condition I would come up with these possibilities ,these includes.
1 Left renal colic , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of left kidney.
2 Left ovarian cyst , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of left ovary.
3 Carcinoma , diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I , because colonoscopy have certain limitations.
4 Chronic constipation may be the reason.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination is important in this case.
Good luck. Dr. HET
