Stamped Foot Down, Felt Sharp Pain Through Knee, Unable To Put Weight. Remedy
I was out drinking with a friend last week and i stamped my foot down , not sure how hard but was some force , i then felt a very painful sharp pain shoot through my knee and have struggled to put weight on it since ! i have been back to work with it strapped up but it is still causing considerable pain below right of knee and has came out in yellow bruising .. ty
