Started Getting Blood In My Stools As It Progressively Got

Started getting blood in my stools as it progressively got worse I was referred to have a colonoscopy. I received the colonoscopy and a stage 2 internal haemaroid was found. I was told to first try suppositories and felt like they did not help at all. The bleeding was still continuously getting worse. I was then told to try and have a high fibre diet and drink plenty of water to try and help this. This did not work ether. it Started affecting all parts of my life such as work life, family life, private life and so on. It got to the point where I was getting severe gas from the high fibre diet so I went back to my normal diet. I then went back to the doctors and have booked in to get the haemaroid banded. But I feel like there may be something else going on. I am having constant runny stools accompanied by very loud embarrassing gas to which sometimes I will not even pass a stool but will just be blood and will be very foul smelling. I cannot even pass gas without dripping blood. It's very embarrassing when I have to use toilets at work and at my partners house. The stools are at odd times I could go 5 times in a day or not one time. I haven't changed my normal diet at all and am curious there may be something more than just my haemaroid going on in my bowel. Also accompanied by tight knots feeling very down low in my torso (feels like menstrual cramps but I know it's not) feeling very nautious when I do go to the toilet and feel like there's a lot of pressure in my bowel like I do need to pass a large stool but may only be a very small stool. Even after its passed I still feel like there is more. Desperately need help!
