Started Itching Above The Groin, Below The Navel. Now Looks Like Welts In The Size Of Large Pea. Hot. Am A Cyclist. Treatment?
I am a female, 52, and first started itching right above my groin area, below the navel. I then started to develop what looks like welts right around my groin area about the size of large pea. It has been really hot, and I am a cyclist. dont know if that is relevent. I am getting more of them. This has been going on for several days now.

you have rashes in the groin... associated with itching..coin like lesions?
it could be fungal infection.. tinea corporis..
it is common when you sweat a lot (cycling) and common in warm and wet area like in groin..
see your dermatalogist for the investigation and treatment..
