hello sir please help me i am a 15 year old boy and while sleeping at night some sticky liquid with a bad smell comes out of my small dick in my underwear . Also the forehead skin of my dick dies not open easily when i opens it then for 2-3 days it becomes red and pains. And my body plus dick is not growing please help me help me sir
