Stinging Pain In Right Nostril, Tear In Right Eye. What Could Be This?
I have this stinging pain in my right nostril right after I wake from a nap or from sleep. i was thinking it was caused by my head elevation so I would sleep with a lot of pillows, but now i think it's from something else. the sting sensation hurts and causes my right eye to tear up and it passes within 20 seconds of waking up. what could it be?

A nose symptom more prominent in the right time and getting better in a day would be likely due to Rhinitis, Gastroesophageal reflex disease, nose and sinus inflammation etc.
