Stinging Sensation In Penis, Poor Diet, Have Blue Testicles. Is It STD?
ive suddenly began to have a stinging feeling in my penis around the tip when and after i pee and its lasts all day,
my testicles kinda feel like they have blue balls but ive ejaculated to make sure that wasent the problem but i still feel that kinda pain my diet is kinda poor in regards to i dont eat much, im worried i may have an sti/std i am going to get tested but i was wondering if you could give me other symptoms i should check for

Stinging feeling in the penis after urinating is a symptom of urinary tract infection. It ca be urethra infection, bladder infection, testis infection or epidydimis. Other possible symptoms are blood in urine, frequent urinating, lower abdominal pain.
If you are able to palpate noodles like things in the scrotum, varicocele (varies of spermatic cord veins) are most probable.
I suggest you to have urine analysis first. Testis ultrasound should be done next. In case of varicocele, you should consult urologist and consider surgery.
