Stomach Ache After Unprotected Sex Day After The Period Ended With Feeling Of Hunger When Its Actually Not. Is It Pregnancy?

Hi so I have been having these stomach aches since sunday(dec.29.2013). I had unprotected sex that day and my period just ended the day before (dec.28.2013). This stomach feeling makes my stomach feel hungry when I'm not. And under my stomach it hurts. I say under my stomach because I'm a little overweight. My lower also hurts, but I haven't been getting any other early pregnancy symptoms. Could there be a chance I am going to be pregnant?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
In case of regular menstrual cycles the possibility of pregnancy is less in your case.
Because in case of regular menstrual cycles usually ovulation will not occur on 6th day of the cycle.
The pain you are having could be due to:
- Pelvic infection
-Post coital tear
- Gastrointestinal disturbances
So, if the pain persists, consult gynecologist once and get examined.
If there are any signs of infection, you may need one course of antibiotics.
In case of gastritis, you may need symptomatic treatment with antacids.
Take care.
