Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since the antibiotics were started yesterday , they may take a little while to work, improvement may be seen after 2 to 3 days.
You can also try using alot of water along with cranberry juice.

Some persons are resistant to the antibiotics given, the doctor may have taken urine to send to the lab to identify the specific pathogen.
Some persons do not respond to the typical antibiotics and the initial antibiotics that are chosen have to be changed to fit the lab results.

Hope this helps
