Stomach Bloating, Tremors, Fever. Advise?

The past few days I have been getting a blowed gut and the shakes and feeling hot with no fever. I go to the bathroom normal but feel sick but I don't ever puke. Not sure if its the food I eat or something might be wrong. It bugs me one day then goes away for another then randomly comes back at night. I really need to know if I should make a doctors appointment?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

The presence of bloating sensation, and nausea suggests a gastrointestinal reflux disease (GERD).
There are few measures that you can take to avoid these symptoms:
1. Avoid spicy and fatty foods.
2. Avoid alcohol.
3. Keep your head raised while sleeping by using pillow.
4. You can take proton pump inhibitors (PPI) empty stomach in the morning.

If the symptoms persist for long period, you can consult your physician for clinical examination and relevant investigations.

Thanks and take care
