Stomach Cramping, Belching, Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting. Had Small Bowel Obstruction. Worried

I am having a lot of gi issues 3 weeks ago I was hospitalized with a partial small bowel obstruction. I was in hospital for 5 days. I am having an endoscope in the morning. I have lost 17 pounds during this time. I can stay hydrated now. I am taking Prilosec and Zofran. I am having stomach cramping..pains..extreme bouts of belching, diarrhea, nasaue and vomiting. my cbc has been fine. my lfts are elevated. the doctor has diagnosed the liver issues as nonspecific hepatitis. I take some psych meds that I have taken for years. worries me a little about the meds. im at a loss. sick of being sick. I am a 41 year old female

You haven't uploaded any report.

For both, liver and intsetinal obstruction you require evaluation.

For hepatitis there are many causes I hope your have done all the tests before labelling it as non specific, like Hepatitis B, C, A, E, Autoimmune, wilson disease, hemochromatosis, drug induced etc

For partial intestinal obstruction you haven't mentioned at what level was the obstruction.However endoscopic examination may be required for upper GO, Lower GI, or may be for small bowel and may be CT enteroclysis.

So for better advise you need to upload your investigations.
