Stomach Cramps, Diarrhea After Eating Out. What Is The Problem?

My daughter and son both have what I believe is ibs. They are always having to go to the bath room mostly after we eat dinner out. Their stomachs cramp and they have diarrhea. I just read there is medicine f or this problem what is it? I feel sorry for them because I know it has to be painful and its hard to hang with friends knowing your going to have to go to the bath room

I think it is very early to say for ibs. They have some digestion problem.
Better go for complete investigations to confirm the diagnosis like cbc,urine,stool,usg abdomen.
there are certain medicines to improve digestion.you have to start all these under guidance of your doctor.If it is recurrent than try to change the food habits.
Take more nutritious,high fiber diet.Drink enough water and other liquids like fruit juices,buttermilk,vegetable soups.
