Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea, Stomach Cramps And Pain Around The Anus
This happened when I had returned from Vietnam. But I would have bi-monthly episodes for a week of diarrhea, stomach cramps and it would follow with constipation. This diarrhea would me to have pains around my butthole and sometimes I would see blood with I wipe but not too much. However, this last episode I had stomach cramps/ache with excessive diarrhea. But after the diarrhea and stomach cramps subsided I started to feel faint and woozy. I also have been having green stools constantly and is semi solid but is flaky looking.
Hello, I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The symptoms seem to be related to gastrioenteritis. I suggest to do a stool test ot check for a bacterial infection. Meanwhile, I sugegst using an over the counter option for the diarrhea such as Imodium. I also suggest using daily porbiotics such as Enterogermina. I recommend to drink liquids and eat a plain diet.
Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards! Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi General &Family Physician
