Stomach Cramps, Headache, Low Energy, Spotting. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Any Ideas?
I have been to my once and the ER once. I lay had my period on Aug 18, spotted on sep 13 and have had bad stomache cramps above and below the belly button. Head aches, low energy levels and cold sweats at night. All my tests came back regular and blood prego test was negative. I don't feel well at all and wondering what is going on?

It seems that you might be having break through spotting and there might be having pregnancy.
You have gone test for pregnancy too early.
Go for test after 7-8 days passed of your expected date of period.
