What Causes Stomach Cramps, Nausea And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

i have had the implanon for two years,for the last couple of weeks i have had stomach cramps and nausea i did a pregnancy test but came back negative.my doctor thinks i have acid in my stomach but been on medication for two weeks now and still not gone away

The stomach cramps and nausea can be caused by gastritis and indigestion or bloating. This may not be associated with pregnancy. Proper dietary restrictions are also needed along with medicine for relief.
