Stomach Cramps, Nausea After Eating, Diarrhea, Red Pin Pricked Spots On Stomach. Painkillers Not Helping

Hi for nearly a week now I have been suffering from very sore stomach cramps (lower/middle) especially after eating. Nausies after eating. Diorhea in mornings. Swollen stomach. Pains/cramps are alot worse at night all night, hardly can sleep. Noticed a few red pin prick sized spots over my stomach. belly gurgles, rimbles, bubbles n tenses. Painkillers not helping.
Any ideas on what may be wrong?

Hi.These symptoms are suggestive of acid peptic disease/acidity.Painkillers on the contrary with exacerbate acidity and they are cautioned.Proton pump inhibitors (Rablet 20mg) and antacids (digene/mucaine gel for temporary relief) will relieve your symptoms. However since other conditions have to be ruled out I suggest you to get an upper GI endoscopy done (from a gastrophysician) and take his advice and proper treatment since you have been suffering from quite sometime.Hope this helps.Take care.
