Hi there.

Thanks for writing in.

IBS is a strong possibility.

Please do the following:
Avoid spicy, oily and fatty food.
Avoid carbonated beverages, tea and coffee.
Avoid smoking and alcohol, drugs.
A course of antacids like pantoprazole might help.
Dicyclomine (Bentyl )might help reduce cramps and bloating.
Maintain a food diary and see which food aggravates and which food reduces symptoms.
Drink warm water at regular intervals.
Regular exercise 30 minutes a day 5 days a week

I would advise you to visit a doctor and get an ultrasound of the abdomen done.

Hope this information was helpful to you.

Regards,
Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the gastric irritation, or indigestion, or intolerance to some foods, like milk and milk products, or gluten containing foods like wheat, barley, or oats.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. . You may need to have gastroscopy, ultrsound, colonoscopy, and biopsy for diagnosis.
i usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms omeprazole, domperidone, and antasis gel till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
