Hi there.
Thanks for the query.
Do you have
constipation or diarrhea ?
Usually feeling of bloating with headache goes in favour of gastritis. Here there will be burning upper
abdominal pain occasionally, sometimes chest pain, feeling of bloating,
indigestion and associated headaches.
Avoid spicy food, oily food, hard food, junk food, caffeine, colas, smoking and alcohol as all these are known to cause gastritis.
You may have food rich in proteins and fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. You can consume Yoghurt as you wish as it gives good relief for gastritis. Drink 1-2 litres of water daily.
You can try taking Capsule Omeprazole 20mg, under medical supervision, for twice a day, half an hour before meals. This will reduce acid secretion. If there is no relief kindly consult your Doctor immediately.
You can
consult a Gastroenterologist to rule out gastritis, stomach ulcers or
gall bladder problems.
Wishing speedy recovery.
Regards,
