Stomach Pain After A Heavy Meal And Bowel Movements. What To Do?
Yesterday, my stomach hurts because its the first time I eat as much as i eat before. My meal yesterday includes rice, a few veggies and a whole fish... and after that my stomach hurts a lot. The next day I took a poop after eating raisins w/ bread as my breakfast and after I poop my stomach hurts a little, what do I do now?

Food poisoning is another possible cause of stomach pain after eating.
Severe upper abdominal pain experienced instantly after eating a heavy meal or pain experienced six to twelve hours after a heavy meal can be caused due to pancreatitis.
Make sure that you consult a doctor if the problem is experienced repeatedly. Remember that stomach pain after intake of food must not be ignored. If you develop such problems, do get yourself examined by a reputed doctor.
