As for your particular problem, if the fingers were not indeed inserted higher up & the fingering was done on the outside , it is possible the bleeding caused some local trauma or/& if the girl in question was a virgin hitherto, it is probably due to some hymenal tear or an external vaginal injury /tear. This may be coupled with an UTI (urinary tract infection). I reommend an antibiotic course involving ciprofloxacin 500mg twice/day for 5 days depending on body weight together with lots of oral fluids to improve the hydration & flush out the infection.
