Stomach Problem, Have Ultrasound Results. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me In Reading It?
Hi, My sister is 23 (Never Married). She had some stomach problem then Local Doctor advised to do the ultra sound . Now it shows on Ultra sound: Both Ovaries show multiple small peripheral follicles ( 10mm in number) with mildly echogenic stroma . Size: RT: 41x38x22mm Volume- 17.7cc LT: 38x24x38mm Volume- 17.9cc. Now I am a bit confused about the matter. As she is my Only sister. Can You please help me with the better advise. Thank you...

From the history and the ultrasound reports as mentioned in your question, most likely your sister is having polycystic ovary disease. For better clinical correlation of the the symptoms with scan report it would be better to consult a good gynecologist.
