Hello,
Welcome to healthcare Magic.
You were admitted for cellulitis, which is a bacterial infection of the subcutaneous tissue. Usually we treat it with antibiotics and not steroids. Was there any other indication for steroids ?
Right now you are having blood and mucus in stools. One possibility is that you are having antibiotic induced diarrhoea, the other possibility is that you have an infectious dysentry. Your earlier history of blood pouring out could be due to hemorrhoids. In any case you need to get back to the doctor for evaluation. A gastroenterologist or MD Physician is better than dermatologist for you at present.
Hope this helped
