Hi,
Some amount of white discharge is normal throughout the cycle; only if it is excessive, has offensive smell and/or is associated with some itching, should there be concern. The symptoms you have may be due to the withdrawal effect of the hormone or due to constipation. Sometimes, excess doses of vitamins also can cause similar symptoms. Please see that you have free bowel movement, maintain genital hygiene, take easily digestible food and get a check up with your consultant. Hope this helps.
