Stopped Regular Meals, Drinking Vitamins, Cardiac Arrhythmia Tried Bypass, Result Dead. Reason?

my friend just died. After a heap operation she stop eating regular meals and drink supplement drinks with vitamins?
a month latter she was rush to the hospital for cardiac arrhythmia they tried a by pas & did't work this operation took 5 hours? I asked the family & she never had heart problems....What happened? she died 2 days ago.

Heart attacks can be silent / there may not be symptoms - Sudden death is the presentation in approximately 25% of the people!
Disorder of electrolytes and trace elements could have caused arrhythmias…
And so on / there are several issues… Only a post-mortem could have shed light…
