Stopped Taking Lansoprazole And Warfarin After Having Diarrhea. What To Do Now?

I have just stopped taking Lansoprazole 30mg and warfarin (checked weekly) because I have had explosive diarrhea for over four weeks now - my doctor gave me dicycloverine hydrochloride for the diorrhea, and I also tried imodium - neither drugs were effective. The earliest appointment I can get is beginning of June, and phone calls are booked a week in advance (This due to the increase of population in this area. They are expanding the medical centre) The diarrhea has stopped almost instantly for two days now - life is becoming possible again, BUT what next? I do not like to spoil the relationship with my doctor but was desparate. What should I do now?

Hello.Stopping abruptly lansoprazole is not a problem,is a medication to improve your digestive symptoms.Stopping abruptly warfarina can cause serious problems.You must go urgently to your doctor to measure your INR (clotting value that is normally between 2 and 3) and establish warfarin dose you have to take now.
