Stricture In Urethra For Urine Continence. Will Masturbation And Sexual Activity Worsen It?
I have a known stricture in my urethra measuring 2 cm in length right before the muscle that acts as a valve for the bladder . I have recently been dilated and have been told that dilations are no longer an option and that if I lose ability to urinate that I will have to have a supra pubic catheter . My question is, can masturbation and sexual activity worsen the stricture and block flow? My surgery is next month so I hope my body will hold up till then as I do not want to have a catheter.
