Strong Pain In Left Arm And Hands, Coldness Felt In Left Side Of Body. Ultrasound Marked Colonic Gases. What Is Wrong ?

Hi,
My name is AAAAA , I'm 21 years old. I've been feeling pain in my left arm and hand for about 3 weeks now. About a week ago, after I ate a heavy meal I felt a strong pain in my upper left arm. I went to see a doctor, he did an EKG but said there was nothing wrong. I feel chest pain sometimes too. Right now I am worried because I got a feeling of coldness on my left side of my body, it also happened a few days ago. I did an ultrasound last night for abdomen and pelvis, the results came back as normal except for a comment saying I had marked colonic gases. I took gas-x and most of the gas is gone, other than that bowel movement is normal too. So I don't know what is wrong with me.

Hello,
Welcome at HCM.

If you had already EKG & other tests then in light of there normal values ,it looks that you should not worry.
It looks that this pain should be due to inflammation of gastric or food pipe lining.This also lead to occurrence of such pain.You should take an antacid preparation like pantaprazole or ranitidine to have relief in this.
