General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it may be a pain of the stomach, if it is related to the diet, or may not be related. The other causes could be eosinophelia, tuberculosis, or muscle pain.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperedon and some analgesic, and muscle relaxant. Thank you.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
When your investigations turned negative then why to worry, it could be allergic cough, and will be subsided without any specific treatment, just take care while you coughing because forceful coughing or loud coughing this can cause blood staining of sputum, which may be due to the throat area might be soared, no need to worry it will come around have nice day.
