Strong Pain In Left Side, Occasional Blood While Coughing. Smoker. Normal X Ray, CAT Scan.
hi Doctor, I have a strong pain in the left side (rear and front) is constant, I did X ray and A Catscan, and my doctor and the lung doctor both says ther're nothing in those exam, and sometimes I caugh blood it happened 3 times this year, they say probably it's my muscles or bone, but im sure itmy lung, I use to smoke like 10/day I quite on april/2005 and the first that I caugh blood is on may/2005.
Hi, it may be a pain of the stomach, if it is related to the diet, or may not be related. The other causes could be eosinophelia, tuberculosis, or muscle pain. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperedon and some analgesic, and muscle relaxant. Thank you.
HI Thank for asking to HCM When your investigations turned negative then why to worry, it could be allergic cough, and will be subsided without any specific treatment, just take care while you coughing because forceful coughing or loud coughing this can cause blood staining of sputum, which may be due to the throat area might be soared, no need to worry it will come around have nice day.
