Struggling Forming Words, Memory Issue, Sharp Pain In Upper Right Thigh, Severe Itching. Reason ?
I am having a bad time forming my words for a few weeks now. I know what I want to say but the words just do not form. I also have difficulty with my memory. I can remember things that have happen years ago but not 4 minutes ago. I have aches and pains in my joints. Right now, I have a very sharp pain in the upper right thigh (I know that is not a joint). My knuckles on my left hand are very stiff and they feel swollen. There are more symptoms such as pain behind right eye, I had severe itching but that has subsided. I'm tired

As you have not mentioned your age it is very difficult to give a definite opinion for your symptoms. Neither have you mentioned of any medical history or medications that you may be taking.
It is very common with advancing age to have difficulty in recollecting recent things. This is known as short term memory loss. The same process is preventing you from forming words. I suggest that you consult your doctor who shall do a clinical examination and rule out hypertension which can explain a lot of your symptoms of bad time of forming words, pain behind eyes, etc.
